| My little 4 year old loves parties! I also love this author's books. I picked this out at my local library and my daughter loved the book so much I purchased it for her class. The story is about a little girl who wants a party. She spends lots of time planning every detail for the party but no one shows up because she forgot to send out invitations! She then decides to celebrate all buy herself. |

| Tony Ross was born in London in 1938. His dream was to work with horses but instead he went to art college in Liverpool. Since then, Tony has worked as an art director at an advertising agency, a graphic designer, a cartoonist, a teacher and a film maker -- as well as illustrating over 250 books!
