| Kindergarten-Grade 3-The inner workings of the postal system are revealed in this beginning reader as the Bergers follow a boy's letter, addressed to the U.S. Postal Service in Washington, D.C., from mailing to delivery. The letter asks for information on stamp collecting, which leads into a brief discussion of that hobby. Similar in theme to Gloria Skurzynski's Here Comes the Mail (Bradbury, 1992), this title is not as interesting or engaging-the writing is flat and the full-color illustrations are static and unappealing. Nevertheless, the information is clear and accurate.
