| This book does a great job showing kids how babies learn and grow. The only thing is that it is geared towards girls a little but I think any young child would enjoy this book especially if they are expecting a younger brother or sister. I gave this and Davis' first book, Before You Were Born, to my girlfriend who is expecting her 2nd. She and her 3 year old read it all the time and I think they will read it more once the baby is here. |

| Jennifer Davis, a mother of four, wrote Before You Were Born to answer the questions her older kids asked while she was pregnant. She lives in Beaufort, South Carolina.
Laura Cornell has illustrated many children's book, including Jamie Lee Curtis's Tell Me Again About the Night I Was Born and When I Was Littleand Leah Komaiko's Annie Bananie and Earl's Too Cool for Me. She lives in New York City. |
