| Love it, love it, love it!!! The storyline is simple and explains the life cycle of the frog in terms young children can understand. But it also exposes children to new vocabulary, such as spawn and gills. The pictures are photographs that draw your children in. They take the time to show you some of those photographs up close, such as one frog egg and the frog's webbed feet. Kids really understand the life cycle after reading this book. I used it in my various classrooms as a teacher--preschool through 2nd grades. Can I say it again?! LOVE IT! |
