Some of the phrases are awkward and there is a bit of stilted sentence structure... I like my preschoolers books to be well written grammatically and I actually amend a couple sentences when I read it to my 2.5year old... that being said, he loves this book. It's been one of his top requests for the past 2 weeks. The illustrations are simple and colorful, and I do like the cute recipe included... we will be making these cookies soon. Three Star Update: tried the recipe and it is not very good at all... surprised and disappointed... going to have to use another sugar cookie recipe in place of the one in the book, which is a shame bc part of the fun was reading the illustrated recipe at the end of the book.

月亮可能是牛奶吗？

你知道月亮是什么制造的吗？这本书讲述了Roise对于此问题的一个探索过程。它问它的宠物小猫，猫咪说是由新鲜的牛奶产生的。Roise觉得可能是，又可能不是，就这样开始了它的探索之旅。
她带着它的小猫先去找了母鸡，母鸡说月亮是一个鸡蛋,小的鸡仔就是从月亮孵出后变成明星的。是真的吗？他们接着去问了蝴蝶，蝴蝶说是由糖组成的，黏黏的，发光的很甜的。然后他们又去问了狗。狗认为是黄油。接着去问了老鼠，老鼠很确信地认为是白面粉。Roise 觉得这些答案都不一定对，于是决定去问她的奶奶。她的奶奶就将他们所说的所有东西放进了锅里，然后制作成了和月亮一样圆的小甜点。这样，是不是月亮就可以由这么多物质组成呢？

The moon might be milk ?
Do you know what the moon is made of ? This book tells Roise explores about this question. She asks her pet cat, the cat says it’s made of milk. Roise doesn’t know whether it is right. So they begin their way to exploration.
She goes to find the hen with her cat. The hen thinks it is an egg. Small chicks hatch from it and become the stars. Is it true ? They went on to ask the butterfly, it says maybe sugar, sticky and sparkling, so sweet. Then they ask the dog. The dog thinks it is butter. They ask the mouse, it may be white flour. They still think it is not right. So they decide to ask her grandmother. After hearing that, her grandmother puts all things into the bowl. It is so surprising! She makes a lot of round cookie like the moon. So, can we think the moon is made of all the things they say?
