His search raises question after question: Does it hurt to lose hair? Was his father sad to lose it? Will Jeremiah lose his hair someday? And what does it matter how we look on the outside, compared to who we are on the inside? Jeremiah's journey from uncertainty to reassurance is told in a funny, touching way. Payne's wide-eyed protagonist complements the straightforward text, illustrating well the vivid imagination of a worried child. Some of the pictures are laugh-out-loud funny and will amuse young readers. This is a delightful book that uses baldness as a way to explore how everyone is unique. | This book is way more than the title implies. This book not only comically addresses a daddy's bald head, but also talks about how everyone is different on the outside - but that what matters is what's on the inside. |

| Joe O'Connor is a successful entrepreneur and president of Kalpa Systems. He is the father of two children, lives in Birmingham, Michigan, and is magnificently bald. This is his first book. The author lives in Birmingham, MI.
