| My kids received this book and the Grandpas book ("Grandpas are for Finding Worms") at their first birthday and they love both books.
The grandma book is so sweet and contemporary - one page even says "grandmas use computers". The things that grandmas do in the book are diverse and interesting. I like the book because it does show grandmas doing traditional grandmother things as well as non-traditional.
Another important point is that the lift-the-flap pages are very strong. My kids read these books at least once a day and not one flap has come off yet, not even a little bit. |
