| We purchased this book, and two others by Kate Toms, after receiving Itsy Bitsy Spider as a gift. If you don't have Itsy and you're looking at this one, you should buy it. My son loves it. The Wheels on the Bus is nothing but disappointing. I Udderly, Udderly Love You is sweet but not spectacular. This one has a decent storyline. "Would you dare to stand on your head in the shed?", "or Leave your bed and sleep underneath it instead?" I find the last page to be cheesy, even for a children's book ("This little bear dared, would you?"). It just comes out of no where, like she was finished and wanted to end the book. I don't know, she just didn't hit the mark on this one. It's no Itsy. |
