| This attractive little book retells the story from Disney's hit movie, Dumbo. Each page of the book is filled with bright and wonderfully done illustrations. Accompanying that is text, telling a somewhat simplified version of the story from the movie. (It definitely does show Dumbo losing the feather, and learning that he does not need it to fly.)
This book is quite good, and my five-year-old really enjoyed having it read for her. It is right on for young readers, using simple text and generally small words. The illustration work is great, looking like frames right out of the movie! So, let me just say that if you love Disney's wonderful movies, you will like this book. |
