| We have had this book since my daughter was 18 months. Now at three years old, she still loves it as she did the first time I read it to her. It is often one of her preferred bedtime stories- throughout the year, not just at Christmas. The tactile nature of the book and the vivid colors engage her completely. We now have almost all of M. Christina Butler's books. All are wonderful, but this one has such a charm the others cannot match. I highly recommend all of her books, particularly if your child enjoys one of her titles. I am glad we discovered this author and her delightful books. |
